We’re passionate about people feeling like they’re a part of our church family, and one of the best ways to do that is as part of a team. No matter your age or experience, there’s a team that you can join, serving alongside and getting to know others in the church.

KIDS

Do you want to invest in our children’s destiny?
At Eastgate, we’re raising a powerful generation of children who know God’s voice, who they are, and are ready to make history. We believe there is no junior Holy Spirit.
Each Sunday, we invite them to encounter the God they were created to know. Join our team!

YOUTH
We’re raising a generation of powerful young people who are secure in their identity, who are growing in relationship with Jesus and who believe ALL the promises of God.
Has God given you a heart for young people, aged 11-18?
There are so many ways you can get alongside our youth, being part of the Sunday morning sessions, monthly Friday night youth club, discipling small groups or sharing your gifts/skills on an occasional basis.
Car Parking
Be the first to welcome people as they arrive at Eastgate! Come rain or shine our amazing team are out there directing traffic and helping people park.
Connection group leading

If you are a church member and would like to lead a connection group, we would love to hear from you. To give you an idea of what we do, check out our current groups here. Maybe you have a hobby or passion you can share with others, a book you want to study or gather people for prayer at Eastgate or in your area.  If you’d like to take part in leading, we’d love to hear from you – please use this form instead.

Healing Centre
Open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month; we’re people who love God and love seeing people made well in His presence.
Media / Lighting

Would you like to operate one of the cameras on a Sunday or at one of our conferences, learn how to vision mix, moderate our live stream chat or operate the lighting desk?
If so join our friendly team and help spread Eastgate’s message far and wide. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Nourish
Each Thursday Eastgate cooks and delivers free healthy meals out to people in the local community who need some extra support. We are looking for help with food preparation, cooking and delivering.
Prayer / Ministry Team

Are you passionate about prayer? Do you like praying for members of church family, members of the community or for more general topics and issues? If that’s you, please get in touch. Our faithful Prayer Team prays remotely every week in response to prayer requests sent via the website. We would love to have a chat and get to know you!

Projection
The projection team is responsible for displaying song lyrics, presentations and videos on Sundays, at conferences and other meetings. Members of the team typically serve at one Sunday meeting per month. Full training will be given.
Sound
Becoming a sound engineer involves training and some previous experience is ideal. To find out more about what is involved, fill out the form below and one of the team will be in touch.
Stewarding and Welcome
This is the team of people you see wearing purple shirts – their role is to give everyone a warm welcome, help them find their way around the building and to access information about everything that happens here.
Sunday Refreshments
We hope that you benefit from the opportunity to fellowship after the Sunday morning service as you have refreshments. We would love to have some more members join the team to set up, serve tea and coffee and clear away. Members of the team typically serve at one Sunday meeting per month. Full training will be given.
Worship Team
Eastgate Music’s vision is to bring Heaven to Earth through music we do this by building a creative worship community, transforming the world through the musical expression of our faith.
