Youth

Our Youth community is a vibrant and faithful group of incredible young people who believe that with God, anything is possible. Our youth groups meet every Sunday morning from 10am and the second Friday of every month for a social evening from 7.30pm!  It’s a great way to connect, have fun and learn more about God’s will for your life. Anyone of secondary school age is welcome.

What’s on

Sunday sessions

Youth school years 7 to 13 meet every Sunday from 10am

After 20 minutes of worship upstairs with the whole church family, we head downstairs. There’ll be games, biscuits, an interactive talk, and opportunities to enjoy God’s goodness.

Social nights

Every 2nd Friday of the month, 7:30pm – 9:30pm, at Eastgate

A relaxed and informal evening. There’ll be a pool table, table tennis, consoles, group games, tuck shop and milkshake bar. Feel free to bring friends and have fun.

Youth Alpha

This summer we’re hosting the youth Alpha Course starting on the 9th June every Sunday during our regular morning meetings. Come along to church and sign in before 9.55am each Sunday. Everyone goes upstairs for a time of worship for 20 mins and then we come downstairs as a youth group for Alpha sessions.

What is Alpha?
Alpha is an 10-week course that creates a space for a conversation about faith, life and God.

What Happens?
Each week we will watch a video and then break out into table discussions about the video while eating delicious snacks

Do I need to be a Christian?
Nope! Alpha is a place to ask big questions and explore the Christian faith in a really relaxed and gentle way, and a way to deepen your existing faith if you have one. There is no question to big or too little too weird or wonderful for Alpha.

Registration & Group Times

We have youth and children’s groups at all of our 10 am services.

Upon arrival, you must register in the café area (look for the youth banner). Young people join the rest of the church in the meeting upstairs for 20 minutes of worship before going to their groups. Parents please collect your young people at the end of the meeting.

10 am Meeting: Registration 9:30 – 9.55 am, Group times 10:20 – 11:30 am
