Youth Leaders
We are seeking two enthusiastic, committed, and Spirit-filled individuals who have a passion for working with young people. They will help plan and lead youth activities, Bible studies, mentoring opportunities, and special events, creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where young people can grow spiritually and socially. They will also help develop and maintain our vision of seeing young people become contagious disciples of Jesus, equipped to share their faith and make a positive impact in their communities. One position is full-time and one is part-time.

Children's Leader
We are also looking for a caring, dedicated, and Spirit-filled Children’s Leader to oversee and support our children’s ministry. This role involves planning age-appropriate lessons, coordinating activities, and helping children discover God’s love in a fun, welcoming, and nurturing setting. The successful candidate will also help develop and maintain our vision of seeing children become contagious disciples of Jesus, equipped to share their faith and make a positive impact in their communities.

EMERGE ADVOCACY - YOUTH SUPPORT WORKER
Do you have a heart for supporting young people when they need it most?
We’re looking for a Youth Support Worker to join our team at Darent Valley & Medway Maritime Hospitals as soon as possible.
At Emerge, we celebrate that every young person has different needs and wishes. We match our team accordingly, and right now, we’re looking specifically for a female Youth Support Worker to join us. Having a female worker for this post is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010, ensuring we can offer the safest, most comfortable support for the young people we walk alongside.
13 hours per week (1-year fixed-term contract) £14 per hour
This is an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting young people experiencing mental health crisis, alongside a caring and passionate team.
